In March 2016, Boru Meda Hospital was awarded a 5,000,000 Birr grant by the Federal Ministry of Health as part of the Ethiopian Hospital Alliance for Quality program. This grant recognizes the hospital’s exceptional performance in healthcare quality improvement, patient care, and operational standards.
